Do B-diff Tote bags have an inner compartment?
Definitely! Each Tote bag has its own small pocket with two compartment inside, for your own convenient and easy access e.g. for
storing cell phone, wallet or even cosmetics.
What are the B-diff tote bags made from?
Our tote bags are made of cotton or canvas.
Where are your tote bags stitched and printed?
B-diff tote bags are all made, stitched, screenprinted in Singapore.
Are B-Diff Tote Bags waterproof?
They are designed to be water-resistant enough to shelter you in the rain when you make for a quick dash
across the streets. Please don't take them scuba diving though!
What are the washing instructions?
The instructions are as follows:
Machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed.
Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean if decorated.
If the tote was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc,
washing inside out helps preserve the ink.
Do you do international delivery?
No where in the world is too far for someone to carry a B-diff tote bag. We will
deliver our Tote bag to you via airmail.
I live in Singapore. How can I make payment?
You can choose to pay us either through ATM transfer, Internet fund transfer, credit card via Paypal, or
Paypal. We accept fund transfers from the following banks: DBS, POSB, UOB and OCBC.
I live elsewhere in the world. How can I make payment?
International customers can make payment to us either using credit/debit via Paypal, and
also by Paypal itself.
What are the shipping costs?
We do not overcharged the delivery fee. Shipping within Singapore costs SGD 2.00 charged. You can choose between either meetups or postal delivery.
We can also send via registered mail on special request. Note, you'll be responsible for the extra costs of the
registered mail. International delivery charges depend on the regional area, for more details

How long before my item arrives?
International orders take approximately 7 - 10 days. Orders in Singapore will be faster, approximately 3-5 days. International
orders have a slightly longer delivery time due to the additional delivery time through airmail.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the tote bags we make, and we definitely want you to love and be happy with what you buy
from us. If you're not satisfied with the tote bags you bought from us, please return it back to us for an
exchange or refund. Washed tote bags will not accepted for returns. The returned item has to be in original
condition! To return your item, you have to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item via email. All
requests after 7 days will not be accepted. For International users, the tote bag must be shipped back to us
within one month after delivery.
Do I have to pay for shipping costs?
If the item is defected or incorrect when you receive it, we will reimburse you the shipping costs you incur to
send the item back to us. If you are exchanging the item for a different design or for a different size from what
you have ordered, we will need you to provide the shipping costs for returning the item back to us, and also the shipping
costs for returning the new item.
What is your privacy policy?
We collect general information (e.g. your IP address, country etc.) about you automatically. We only collect specific
information such as email address with your permission. Your information is kept private with us. We will not sell
any of your personal information to any other people or companies.
