Delivery :

www.bdiff.com.sg crew will arrange item delivery with the customer through email after receipt of full payment, stipulated in invoice.

Postages within Singapore are estimated 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payments have been received.

All postages are standard/normal postage, if you wish us to send the item by registered mail, please add additional SGD 3.00 on each item. Free Postage within Singapore with SGD$100 purchases.

We are not responsible for any loss during delivery by Singpost for normal postages (This usually do not happen.)

Customers within Singapore are also offered the option of same day delivery at a nominal charge of SGD 6.00, if they wish to receive their items on the same day of order. For this option, kindly note that orders and their full payment will have to be received and acknowledged by the www.bdiff.com.sg crew before 4pm daily. Orders will be delivered before 9pm.

Returns :

Customers are required to check their items on the spot upon delivery. Returns are allowed only for damaged or defective goods.

International User
Delivery :

For International customers, you may pay via PAYPAL transfer. For further enquire, you may email us at sales@bdiff.com.sg for shipping charges, prior to ordering and check out.

Returns :

For international customers, you may ship back to us within one month. We won't entertain any faulty case later than one month. (The shipping fee will be borne by us). Returns are allowed only for damaged or defective goods.
